Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Evaye. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard UK Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

  • Express UK Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not strictly guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal high volumes or transport disruptions.

Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number.

Shipping Restrictions & Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address or failure to collect from a local depot, any re-shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Package During Transit If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please document it with photos before opening the parcel. If the contents are damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours at hello@evaye.co.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly under our Refund Policy.
